SHIPPING

All domestic packages are shipped via PostNL within the Netherlands and with DHL or DPD within the European Union.

Orders placed via our website will be shipped within 7 business days.

Please allow 5-7 days for Standard Shipping, dependent on delivery location. Express delivery options are available. 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to the following countries via our website:

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be absolutely in love with your purchase. Swoon Thread accepts returns of full-priced orders from within the European Union. Product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and notified within 15 days of sale.

**All sale and discounted items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

**Returns are not accepted on international orders. 

Custom items will not be accepted for return or exchange without appearance of a clear defect.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days to process your refund. For change of mind returns, return shipping costs will be at customer's own expense.

For exchanges, we kindly ask that you return your items, per the instructions above, and place a new order online.
